The Drillmate Portable Drill Press is a remarkable tool designed for use with electric drills and also for pneumatic air drills.
It attaches to the workpiece, ensuring even pressure is correctly applied to the cutting edge of the drill or broach cutter.

• Lightweight and Ergonomic: Weighing just 1.6 kg (3 lbs), the Drillmate adds minimal weight to your portable power drill (whether electric or air-powered). It allows you to work ergonomically, safely, and productively.
• Correct Feed Force: The Drillmate boasts a 14:1 force ratio, ensuring that the correct feed force is applied to the drill bit or cutter you’re using. This results in efficient hole production with reduced operator effort and increased safety.
• Battery Drill Attachment: The Drillmate is the world’s only portable drill press with a battery drill attachment. It puts you in control, saving valuable time and extending cutter life by up to 80%.
• Various Kits Available: Depending on your specific needs, you can choose from different kits:

– Kit #1: Battery Drill with Chuck Spindle Adapter (suits 1 mm to 13 mm twist drills and holesaws).
– Kit #2: Battery Drill for Mini Cutters (8 mm to 25.5 mm diameter, 16 mm depth of cut).
– Kit #3: Battery Drill Arbour with 19 mm Waldon Shank Broach Cutters (25 mm depth of cut).
– Kit #4: Electric Drill with Chuck Spindle Adapter (suits 1 mm to 13 mm twist drills and holesaws).
– Kit #5: Air Drill Mounting Adaptor (requires special order) with 2 ‘U’ bolts around the planet housing.

• Custom Longer Travel Option: For specific applications, there’s a Drillmate variant with extended travel (between the chuck or arbour spindles and the bottom of the Drillmate foot). This version allows drilling of large RHS (250 mm+) or large tubing, light poles, etc. It can be converted back to the standard Drillmate configuration as needed.
